Overbid Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Overbid is an online auction card game operated by HUSE FLOW LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading under the brand Rettuz ("Overbid", "we", "us"). Address: 30 N Gould St # 37944, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@rettuz.com. These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account you accept them together with our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

• Overbid lets players build card decks, join auction matches against other players and collect cards by bidding with an in-game balance. The in-game balance and points have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out.
• The service is provided on the web at overbid.rettuz.com and through our Android and iOS apps with a single account.
• We may add, change or remove features. We will announce material changes in the app or by e-mail.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
• You need a valid e-mail address (or a supported social login). Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Bots, multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, or sharing accounts are not allowed.

4. Your content and conduct

• You keep ownership of the decks, cards and images you upload and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute them inside Overbid so other players can play with them.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or that targets children. Uploaded images are automatically screened and may be reviewed by moderators.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with matches or attack the service. We may warn, restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules and may remove content.

5. Overbid Premium (paid subscription)

• Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features (for example ad-free tables, a badge, more decks). Which features are included is shown on the purchase page and may change over time; we will not remove a feature you paid for during a paid period without offering an alternative or a refund.
• Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at the time of purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Premium; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's checkout terms apply to your purchase: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms
• Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
• Subscriptions bought in the Android or iOS app (when available) are billed by the app store and are managed and refunded through the store.

6. Fair play and rankings

Rankings, match results and supporter numbers are computed by our servers. We may correct results affected by cheating, bugs or abuse.

7. Termination and account deletion

• You can delete your account at any time in the app or at overbid.rettuz.com/account/delete. Deletion is immediate and permanent; an active subscription must be cancelled separately.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. Paid periods already used are not refunded in that case.

8. Disclaimer and liability

• Overbid is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes and governing law

• We may update these terms. When the change is material you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to play.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
