1. The Service

Overbid is a game application where players build decks and play

auction-based matches.

2. Account

• A valid email address is required to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account's security and password.
• You may not use the app if you are under 13.

3. Content & Conduct

• Uploaded images are automatically screened for illegal or harmful

content.

• Do not upload content that is illegal or violates third-party rights.
• You will be notified if content is removed by automated screening or

moderation.

4. Suspension

Accounts violating these terms may be warned or suspended.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted operation is not

guaranteed.

• Overbid may change its features with prior notice.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app or at

[/account/delete](/account/delete). Deletion is immediate and permanent.
