Child Safety Standards

Overbid (operated by HUSE FLOW LLC, brand Rettuz) is committed to keeping the service free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the website and the Android and iOS apps.

Our rules

• Overbid is not directed at users under 13. Accounts found to belong to younger children are removed.
• Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
• Every uploaded image is automatically screened before it becomes visible; flagged images are blocked and reviewed by a human moderator.
• Players can report content or accounts through the in-app feedback form or by e-mail.

How we respond

• Reports about child safety are reviewed with priority.
• We remove offending content, terminate the account and, where required by law, report to the relevant authorities such as NCMEC or local law enforcement, preserving evidence as legally required.
• We comply with applicable child safety laws in the countries where the service is offered.
